FAQ

Practical answers for property photographers.

Pre-launch questions answered honestly — what Apollo is building, who it is for, and how to register interest.

About Apollo

What is Apollo?

Apollo is a SaaS workspace for UK property photography operations — clients, orders, pricing, production, storage, delivery and invoicing in one place. Built for property photographers by property photographers.

Who is Apollo for?

Solo UK property photographers and small teams first. A Provider tier for larger studios and companies is coming soon.

Is Apollo a marketplace?

No. Apollo is SaaS utility — your clients, your pricing, your workflow. We do not list jobs, set your rates, or take a cut of work you deliver.

Is Apollo fully launched?

No. Apollo is in active production and development. Public signup is closed; register interest for early access when solo and small-team onboarding opens.

Getting started

How do I get access?

Register interest from the header or the Register interest page. We will email when early access opens. Existing team members can sign in via Login.

Can I sign up publicly today?

No. Public signup is fail-closed unless we explicitly enable it for a controlled test. Register interest is the primary path during pre-launch.

Can I talk to someone before access opens?

Yes — register interest or email us via the Contact page. We are happy to discuss fit before you commit time to a new system.

Pricing & billing

Can I buy a subscription today?

No. Billing and Stripe checkout are not live. Pricing on the website is planned / early access pricing only — not charged today.

What tiers are planned?

Solo for solo operators, Teams for small UK photography teams, and Provider (coming soon) for larger studios and companies. See the Pricing page for planned figures.

Do you take a cut of my jobs?

No marketplace fees. Apollo is a monthly SaaS subscription model (when billing launches) — not a commission on your client work.

Using the product

Can I manage clients and orders?

Yes. Agencies, branches, direct clients and contacts sit alongside orders from enquiry through delivery and invoice.

Does Apollo support teams?

Yes. Teams tier includes staff directory, roles, diary assignments, production queues and storage allowance visibility. Solo stays focused on what one operator needs.

Can clients access deliverables?

There is a client portal direction for orders, deliverables, invoices and order discussion — designed to give clients a clear view without becoming a full chat product.

Is pricing configurable?

Yes. Itemised services, surcharges and combinations at workspace level, with per-client and per-branch overrides where commercial terms differ.
